HOW TO SPA

Who will help me decide how to choose my treatments?  
Our Client Services personnel will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best sequence for your services. For therapeutic facials, body treatments, and Medi-Spa treatments, your Skincare Specialist or Esthetician will consult with you to determine your needs and your desired results, and then make recommendations accordingly. We strongly suggest that you book a brief, no-obligation consultation if you have any concerns.

How early should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you have time to change and relax before we get started.

How much notice do you require if I need to re-schedule or cancel my appointment?
24 hour notice is required if you are not able to keep your appointment, so that we can offer your reserved time to another client.

May I request a male or female therapist?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist. All of our therapists are trained in draping techniques to cover discreetly the areas of the body not involved with the treatment. We respect and protect your privacy at all times. 

Can I bring my children with me?
To maintain the calming atmosphere of the spa, children are not permitted.

Is there a minimum age requirement to enjoy the spa?
All esthetic guests must be at least 12 years of age and guests for body treatments must be at least 16 years of age. Hair Salon services are available for all ages.

Can I have my cell phone?
We ask that you keep your cell phone off while in the Spa to prevent disruption of services, interference with your treatment results and the consideration or other guests. 

What do I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing.  Undergarments may be worn if preferred, but most importantly, wear what is comfortable to you! A bathing suit is required to take advantage of our hydrotherapy spa bath. 

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify the Client Services attendant at the time of booking if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief medical questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.

What about my jewelry and valuables?  
Please leave such items at home. While we are pleased to state that there have been few concerns in this regard, we do not have lockers and Cascada cannot assume any liability for personal items. 

What about my comfort? 
Whether its the amount of massage pressure of the volume of the music, just ask us. This is your time, and your experience, and we want you to be completely comfortable.

What if I'm late for my appointment?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your satisfaction. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. 

What about gratuities?
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services, signature treatments or gift certificates. 

What about payment for spa services?
We accept Cascada Gift Cards, Visa, Master Card and Debit cards.
